Hi guys, just thinking about everyone and wanted to say hi:) We're home from the gym and will soon get ready for football practice. The game film review went okay last night, I was a little surprised that the coaches didn't chew on the players for their "lack of" performance but I suspect that's in store for practice tonight. All I can say is the DVD review made the loss worse then it was - I actually think the "real" players failed to show up to play. Oh well, there is always this upcoming weekend maybe last Saturday was a lesson - who knows!!
Gym was great today, Tim had me doing some new routines & I really liked them. For the first time since the machines were changed he finally has a new "ab" routine that I can feel. I hope it will take the place of the machine I used before the changes and help with my "abs". We actually used some weights and bungee cords for leg exercises some great changes which I thoroughly enjoyed. Wow what a work-out I think we were about 1 1/2 hours today and I certainly feel it this afternoon.
Patrick met Sammy early at the racquetball court and they had a few good games before Sam had to leave for work. Then Doc showed up so he went on with a few more games. I certainly don't know how he keeps up with the games that he plays they are certainly hard "cardio" work-outs. No wonder he stays so young looking:O)
I think I'm going to take little man (Abner) to the field tonight during practice he absolutely hates being left at home alone and the weather has cooled off so much that he will enjoy being outside. Speaking of the weather WOW what beautiful days we are having. Low 60's in the AM and only low 80's mid day with nice sunshine and breezes. These nice days make you thankful to live in FL - sure wish during the winter I could send you guys some of these days. Won't be long until I have to break out my long sleeve shirts, light jackets, and long jeans!! I love those days and am anxiously waiting for them to get here.
Well, I think I'll close and do a few things around here before it's time to leave. Remember, we love & miss everyone:)
