Time got past me again. Actually we've been really busy since Friday, grocery shopping, football practice, game on Saturday - then nap, TV football all afternoon & early evening last night, then finally to sleep. However, we did get up & do the lawn early this AM so we have the rest of the day to enjoy the Redskins & all the other games boy is the NFL Ticket nice - we love it. Pat's still outside doing something to one of the lawn tractors and I've come inside to get my quick shower so we're ready for the afternoon games. Sure wish we all were closer together I'd have everybody over for a football party.
Nothing really new & exciting seems like all we have time for is football practice, games, & minimal household tasks. Our weather has been cooling down so we can probably soon plan some of our outside jobs. I know we need to pressure clean the house, eventually build a new entrance coming onto the property, move the outside table & chairs from the warehouse to the back porch. Definately I need to reorganize the kitchen so that means putting together a lot of things for a lawn sale. Honestly, my Mom must have "everything" that was ever made for a kitchen and I plan on getting rid of it along with a few of my personal things that I don't use any more. I think the older we get the less we use and I know the less I cook so why hold onto everything - heck, I'm tired of storing it. We want to add a card table to the game room which means we'll be getting rid of the formal table & chairs but first we have to find a nice wood card table with comfy chairs so that's in the task list as well. Boy we may get finished in a year or so sure glad we're not on a time table:) Need I say that we welcome any help from our Northern family & friends great place to stay warm sunny weather which you'll soon be wanting and I promise to feed you well:):)
Okay guys I need to jump in the shower & get the lawn cuttings off of me before I shed them all over the house. ALL I CAN SAY IS GO REDSKINS:):)
