Well, no million dollars at the post office yesterday just magazines & political garbage. Oh well, I'll keep checking a couple of times a week who knows maybe the million will be there on one of those fortunate days:) Boy it's nice to daydream!!! Pat's at the shop making a couple of window decals for the football players parents and printing a shirt for the principal at the school where we practice. It's a little after 3:00 and soon time for me to shower & get ready for our trip to the practice field. Our game this weekend is early and we should be home before the GATOR game - yep, Gators in Tennessee all I can say is "PUT UP or SHUT UP" You're right - either put points on the score board of shut up. Pat & I have game day T-shirts that say this well - can't wait I only hope they made some good progress this week practicing as they have several issues to resolve. We KNOW they can handle it let's see Saturday what they can do in Tennessee:):):)
Gym went great today, my trainer helped work out some shoulder discomfort I woke up with this morning. Aside from the soreness (which as much as I hate to say it, comes from ageing) the work-out was great:) Thanks Tim you are the BEST - and I MEAN THE BEST!! Pat played racquetball as usual along with some of the regular guys. I think Sammy is feeling a little under the weather sure hope he bounces back soon.
Weather is a little warmer then yesterday but still cooler then it has been. Actually it looks a little overcast but no rain is on the horizon - thank God. I don't think anything is worse then football practice when it's pouring the rain! As soon as the weather cools down more I plan to take Abner to the field so we don't have to leave him home every night. I have no idea how long that will last but thought I'd give it a try.
I did my first Christmas shopping today, I ordered a few things over the internet. I have no idea what I'm buying Patrick but I'm certain some ideas will come to me in the next month or so. We plan on doing the top of th cabinets in the kitchen with some antiques but I know that will take us awhile to find them. No plans to decorate over the cabinets this year for Christmas it is far to much work and I think we're both a little old for it - or at least that's a good excuse.
Well, I think I'll close & go check on Patrick. Hugs & kisses to everyone - we love & miss you guys.
