Can't believe it's already Tuesday we've been pretty busy around the house & I haven't had time to blog. Forgive me - I promise to try to be a little better at this thing. We're attempting to get ready for our cook-out this weekend we've both really looking forward to it. I feel bad for the few people that can't make it, they are going to miss the steaks of a life time. How much better can you get then 1 1/2" thick fresh cut Delmonicos??? Naturally we're having some chicken breasts for our non beef eaters but I think I'd opt out for the steaks:) Haven't decided on veges yet maybe fresh corn on the cob along with a nice pasta salad - or maybe fresh cooked baked potatoes!! I don't know I guess as time gets closer we'll decide.
Football conditioning tonight anxious to see how the boys are doing. We're getting ready to run out on a couple of errands so I better shut up & get dressed. I'll blog again later or tomorrow. We love & miss everyone. 84 degrees & 54% humidity a nice slightly over cast day:):)
