Hey guys just thought I'd blog a short note before I continue cooking for our game/brunch. I made a new recipe of ribs in the crock pot this morning, just tasted them and they are wonderful & EASY:) Patrick is making sausage, onions, and peppers on the grill, and I'll probably put together a nice salad. DONE - just watch the game, enjoy, and eat when you're hungry. I can't believe my Dad hasn't already been in the ribs all I've heard him say is "boy those smell good" (and they do).
As you can see, it's only 43 degrees a bit chilly for us. Miami looks great for the game - I think it's suppose to be mid 60's for kick-off what more could you ask for? Thank God there is no call for rain looks like a good time is in line for all the fans that decided to attend. Personally, Pat & I prefer to watch from home we think you can enjoy the game more and not miss any of the crucial/critical plays. I love to see the game approach but, on the other hand I hate to see it come and go because it seems like a long time until season starts again.
I know Freddy & Franny have been busy. Freddy worked at the FD last night and Franny has been clearing snow since it started. I know they are going to welcome the evening when they can both relax. Patrick & I owe you guys for helping Pete & Joyce, we sincerely appreciate it - what would we do without family?
Well guys I think I'll close & relinquish this computer to Patrick. Post some snow pictures guys we're anxious to see them. Stay in, stay warm, enjoy the game, and don't eat to much. We love & miss everyone (but not the snow).
Hugs & Kisses,
Patty
