Well, all the hay is down and in rows ready to be finished. By the time I changed my clothes from my afternoon blog the two pieces of equipment were gone and the hay was laying in rows. They should be back tomorrow or the next day to roll it and haul it away. I went out to try to ride the black lawn tractor around the fence to cut it closer but the hay is so tall in piles that the tractor couldn't get close enough to the fence without cutting off. Soooo, I guess I'll have to wait until they pick up the hay in the next day or so then I have the task of cutting close to the fence so it is all manicured. We also have a few taller areas that will have to be done with the big tractor but that will be the last thing to be done. I love the look of the fresh cut hay, the lawn looks so nice you really don't realize how large the property is until you see it fresh cut. I know it's more then I want to have to cut every week - far tooooo much.
Patrick is still at the shop working on his "clean-up" project in his wood working area. It seems like every time he organizes something there is another item he can make that will make his wood projects easier to handle. So, he proceeds to make something (other then saw dust), what he has done is wonderful. I think Christmas will probably be here and gone before he can accomplish what he want to do. Oh well, there is no hurry other then the gym and taking care of Dad we have no commitments.
Guess what??? It is going to be upper 50's low 60's tomorrow AM - we can't wait. I just love this time of the year when the humidity goes way down, the breeze blows, and the sun is hot but not like summer. This is the time of year everyone should be in Florida, it would definately make you become a resident. Little to no rain and sunshine with no or little humidity. Fall is around the corner and I'm already looking at my soup recipes:):):)
Well, I think I'll close & check on Dad I think he's asleep in his chair. Our love to everyone we miss all of you.
