Yep, we're feeling the winds & rain from the storm but thankfully it will not affect us much more then we're seeing now. We've had Dad to the eye doctor this afternoon and it poured the rain on our way home. He's doing okay, I think he had his final injection in his eye and hopefully he'll be ready for his new glasses after the follow-up visit in October to this injection. He's already asleep in his chair along with Abner. Patrick is at the shop working on his "Dry Pine Sink" project. The video plans arrived this afternoon and I'm certain he's watching & making notes.
I'm fixing orange chicken & rice for dinner, no big deal but a new dish that I hope everyone enjoys. I think we're staying home from the gym tomorrow and heading to the store, then to the school where I worked to deliver the school supplies that we bought last week. I'm anxious to see the people at school and hopefully my favorite student, Caleb will still be at the school & I'll get to see him. I'm certain if the weather hold out okay we'll do lawn also later tomorrow evening. Once good thing about the change in weather is the rate at which the grass grows. Hopefully within the next month our rain will slow down, the heat will decrease & our grass will stop growing so fast. We kinda get tired of hearing it calling our name every time we walk out the door.
Oh well, I think I need to get my towels out of the dryer & get ready to fix dinner. I'll blog again tomorrow. Have a great night.
