The day has just about come to an end. It's time to cook dinner and get ready to watch a little TV for the evening. Decided to make Beef Patties with Honey Carmalized Onions, oven baked potatoes & a fresh vegetable. The beef has been marinating and it's a breeze to cook so it won't take long to wrap it up for another day. Dad & Patrick went to the barber shop at 2:00 then ate a big salad about 3:00 so I don't plan to cook until about 7:00.
Patrick is at the shop working or should I say practicing with some of the wood getting ready for his next project. I think Dad is either watching the news, sleeping, or reading in his chair. The dogs are outside with Patrick, the cats & birds are asleep (as usual). Sooo, I think I'll get the potatoes ready to go in the oven and have dinner ready for when they want to eat.
