Monday Before Noon

Home from the gym ready to change clothes & get to the doctor. All three of us have appointments so there goes the afternoon. Gym was good, Patrick had a couple of great racquetball games. I did upper & lowers today, getting ready for my trainer tomorrow. Well, I better get back & change my clothes, I'll blog later. Have a great day - stay cool.
