Rosie, I'll have to send you the crock pot beef recipe it is wonderful. Tender, nice source of light gravy and the onion & vegetables are fantastic. Dad said it was a "do over" again tomorrow. He ate two plates at about 4:30 and I know he'll be back for more by 8:00PM. Oh well, it was a good one and very very easy to make, your grand kids would probably even like it.
We watched a movie this afternoon (typical m I can't remember the name of it) but it was good. It is only 81 degrees now and feels much cooler then earlier this afternoon. I'm counting the days for daily cool weather.
Pat's at the warehouse working on his wood project (it is just about finished), Dad is reading & watching/listening to the golf match. Just wanted to drop a note before I retire for the evening. Off to the doctor tomorrow (all 3 of us) after the gym. My post will probably be later tomorrow but I'll drop a note as soon as I can.
