Well, it is getting a little cooler but I know it won't last. We just got home from the gym so I thought I'd blog a short note before we go to the grocery store (again!). The gym was a disaster today, my Trainer, Tim, had me do a lateral move and squat and my brain couldn't process the move, squat, then stand up right and I got so dizzy I thought I was going to get sick. Oh well, kinda put the blah on my daily work out nothing went right for me after that disaster. Just another challenge, I'll work on it until I semi-perfect the challenge. Never a loss, just another challenge and I've had my share of those.
Patrick had some great racquetball games however he got hit in the glasses with a ball and in turn the glasses cut a place on his face, small, but still a real stinger. I imagine he'll have a swollen eye by the end of the day. Dad is watching TV & I have laundry going.
Nothing new, different day same stuff. I'll blog again later.
