This has been a long week; I am so thankful that it is finally Friday. The sun is shining & I know I need to get outside and cut the lawn but I think I'll wait until it cools down a bit. I understand our rain isn't over but by the way it looks outside I don't think we'll get any more rain today. Hopefully it will stay away long enough to at least let me get the grass cut around the house.
Patrick is at the warehouse working on his wood project and Dad just went over to check on him. Animals are all asleep and the good old TV is blasting in the background. It is terrible having someone like my Dad that can't hear well (& isn't even here now) watching TV it seems so loud. Oh well I guess I need to put on my headset & just ignore it. The problem is, I seem to talk loud all of the time because I am so accustomed to talking to him and in a louder voice then normal.
No special plans for dinner, I think we're going to have something frozen tonight. Went to Publix to shop for the week and honestly it seems like everything (or nearly everything) goes up up up every week. Honestly, I don't even look at the price of things any more, if I need it I just buy it even though I hate thinking about what some of it is costing.
Well, think I'll close & get a letter out to the mail box. I'll post again later. Have a super weekend - enjoy your families.
