Well, it's Friday and it certainly feels strange not being at the gym. We decided that we needed to do a few things around the house before the weekend and with our cleaning lady coming today I actually needed to do some picking "up". So, we headed to the grocery store to buy our weekend supplied, then we picked up things around the house. So, now that I havea few minutes I thought I better blog before the day is gone & I've accomplished very little.
We're going to a cook-out tomorrow at one of the racquetball player's house which should be a lot of fun. We are definately looking forward to it although being outside is the last thing I want to think about. However by 6:30 tomorrow evening it will be much cooler. I understand that on his property they have a large tent and that the fireworks will be fantastic so we're looking forward to a relaxing evening out with friends. I just made ambrosia to take to the party and I imagine there will be lots of good food. I plan to cook ribs for Dad on Sunday that will be when we actually have our July 4th "home" celebration. Dad does't want to join us tonight he's into one of his John Grishom books and can't seem to lay it down.
Nothing else new here, just the approaching holiday weekend. So, I'll close & get somethings done around here. I have laundry in the dryer & need to check on it. Franny cook something good we can only imagine what you're up to about now. Love to all the families & kids, we miss all of you.
