Well, I just heard that it's 84 degrees in MD so I guess it's not that hot here we only have you beat by 6 degrees. I cut the grass at the house & warehouse this morning and Patrick has been at the shop assembling a new tool that he got this week. I swear from the instructions it looks like a weeks job - glad it's him not me. I got off the tractor, took a shower, and feel like a new person. Dad & I went over the shop for a "very" brief time then headed home to the AC.
Looks like our rain has ended for awhile, I don't see a calling for rain over the next seven days. Oh well, I hope winter sets in early this year at least that's my hopes for now. The nicest thing about living in FL is the winter months when it's absolutely beautiful outside. I guess we're lucky since we don't have to contend with cold and/or snow. We make up for that during the hot hot hot summer months.
I hope to get out today and pick up a new pillow of some type to help me sleep better. My orthopaedic pillow is worn out and I need something more effective, my special pillow gets out of shape before I can get to sleep and believe me that's pretty quick. I'd also like to go the Mothers Earth and get some things that my Trainer recommended for my stomach. I've been having symptoms like IBS "EVERY" time I eat the hopefully I can help it naturally. My doctor wants me to go to a stomach doctor but I'd like to avoid it if I can. I guess I'll either tolerate it or have to go, but the natural way may work.
Well, I think I'll go to the shop & see if Patrick wants some lunch. I hear Dad in the refrigerator fixing his lunch so I better check in on him. I'll post again later. Stay safe, stay cool, & have a great weekend. Spend your time with your family, the ones you love.
