Wow, the weekend is here and gone. Jeanine, Jeremy, & Ms. Nora got in Friday early evening and we had a great time. Ms. Nora started a low grade fever so they headed home Sunday evening, but we had two fun filled days together. Ms. Nora loves the farm animals and having lots of room to run around. Patrick took some wonderful pictures of everyone especially my Dad & Ms. Nora; I'm certain he'll post some of them soon to this site.
We had a great day at the gym this AM, I had to work super hard because I got sick on my Trainer on Friday, but I made up for it today. Patrick had quite a few good racquetball games, and a self sustaining injury to his leg. My sweetie hit himself with the racquet "full speed ahead" and wow what a knot, bruise, & swelling. Sooo, I think we'll lay back in the bedroom & watch a movie or two (thanks to Jeremy for the entertainment he left us).
For now it has stopped raining but I think there is some on the horizon for early this afternoon. If not, I plan to try to cut some lawn after our movie is over. I can't believe how much I love cutting grass, on the tractor in my own little world just cutting away. I imagine if Pat's leg feels okay he'll ride the other tractor so it will be done in half the time. All the rain has certainly prompted the grass to grow and in a week with constant hard rain it looks like it's been two weeks since we cut last. Yes, my custom lawn sculpting is just about gone (thank GOD).
So, I think I'll check on my laundry that's in the machine, put it in the dryer then retire to the bedroom for a couple of hours for a good movie. If you haven't seen "Taken" do so, it was very good. I'll post again later.
