Wow, our day has begun & we're already home from the gym. Unfortunately the health club decided to stain both of the racquetball courts at the same time and they were still wet this AM so Patrick couldn't play racquetball. His partner, Sammy, headed back home and Pat walked the tread-mill while I did my regular upper routine. Work out and home in less then 2 hours. He's been on the cell phone for the last hour or so with Freddy so I thought I'd steal the computer and post a note before he comes in and takes over.
Dad seems to be having a pretty good day he's doing his normal watching "Come On Down" and reading. He is pretty quiet (except his horrible cough) and sedentary lately. I actually don't think he feels the greatest; all Patrick & I can do is make life easy for him which we work at every day.
I think we'll head to the store to pick up a few things we need before it's time for lunch. Dinner tonight is garlic chicken with broccoli, carrots, & pasta accompanied by a salad. Not much, but as hot as it is noone really wants to eat much anyway. Our temps are scheduled for the 90's all week and no sight of rain. We desperately need the rain and nothing is in sight for us.
Well, the dogs want to go out (probably to check on Dad) so I'll close & get this posted. I'll post again later.
