Hot & humid that describes today. Off to the gym this AM, then to the store (yep, again) for some bread & lunch meat (HA HA HA) we never get out with a couple of things. Nearly $75.00 & we were finished, I swear grocery shopping is far worse then clothes shopping these days. I think I can shop for clothes easier & cheaper then groceries.
Dad's having a pretty good day, just relaxing in his chair & NOT complaining about his eye (thank God). Patrick is off to the shop doing some wood work (I think), and I though I'd just drop a short note before I start marinating the chicken for tonight's dinner. I'm marinating chicken in coconut milk & peanut sauce for a tasty grilled chicken. I'm sick of food but have to cook to keep everyone healthy.
Well, I think I'll get to the kitchen, marinate the chicken, then take a brief nap before Patrick cooks the chicken. Miss & love everyone.
