Normal day for us, off to the gym early, then the Publix to get Dad's RX's, and to the post office to send off some movies so we have new ones over the weekend. Great day outside, sunny, 81 degrees and beautiful. The breeze (thank God) is wonderful so our 81 degrees feels like 70's, wish we could share it with you guys. I understand that you've been having great temps also, so I guess you could say we're sharing our nice summer like weather with you.
Dad's feeling pretty good, his eye from the injection last Friday is sore but he's making good progress every day. The new flu scare has me alarmed but I just don't let him go outside other then around the farm. I'd hate for him and his lung condition to come into contact with the flu, he probably couldn't survive the illness.
Patrick has just about finished his work bench building and what a job. I swear he should have been a woodsman rather then a mechanic his work on the bench is to perfection I'm so proud of what he has done. I know whatever he decides to build next that it will be beautiful, the bench I thnk is flawless. I guess he'll finish his sandwich and head to the shop that's his normal routine.
Well, I think I'll close for now & watch some of the Food Network - promise to blog later. Miss you guys - hope some of you can visit with us soon.
