Well, it has been quite a day.  Naturally we started the morning off at the gym, longer then usual and we didn't get home until after 12:00 (Pat's racquetball games went into OT).  Then we had to go to Sparr Lumber to get some flea spray for the yard, animals, and worming medicine for the cat.  Next off to the Retina Center for Dad's eye appointment.  It was a follow-up to his first eye injection.  Great news, there has been some improvement (which is very promising) the doctor thinks another shot will help even more so next Friday he gets his second injection.  All the testing they did today definately indicated that there was some improvement.  I know Dad has been trying to read a little out of it and he seems to be doing well.  There is still some bleeding in the eye but the doctor seems to think more of it will dry up and another injection will help.  Soooo, we all have our fingers crossed. His breathing has been better but he is pretty sedentary and not going outside because of exposure to the pollen.  In general, we are pleased with his progress.

Our friend from Ft. Myers, FL. Wayne (originally from MD) is going to try to come up this weekend so we're looking forward to his visit.  Sure hope he gets here, we definately need some help getting the Christmas (yes I said Christmas) moving people taken off the shelves above the kitchen cabinets.  I'm not much help since I can't climb the ladder and Patrick can't do it himself. So, I'm anxious to see Wayne (it's been a couple of months) and I'd love to get the decorations down.  Freddy, if you and Franny would like to come down you can help take the decorations down and you have an excuse to make the trip South!!!!!!  Leave now and you can be here hopefully when Wayne gets here and have a fun weekend.  Sound GOOD?????

If Wayne doesn't make it up we plan on going to a Festival towards Gainesville.  They are planning on having a flea market with it, and then a regular weekly fresh produce stand.  Sounds like the country doesn't it.  Guess what, IT IS THE COUNTRY!!!  You wouldn't believe what Ocala is like unless you've been here it is nothing like you expect out of FL.

Well, Patrick would like to look at some photos I took at the gym yesterday so I guess I'll close.  Hugs & Kisses,

Love,

Patty
