Well guys as you can see I cut the grass yesterday. I had the majority of it done when Patrick got home from the gym. I just love riding the tractor having peace of mind (what I have left) and seeing progress. I never thought I'd enjoy cutting the grass, but it gives you plenty of time to think about things and you can see a lot of progress. One thing, I'm glad we save the majority of it for the hay man, cutting 11 acreas would be far tooooo much to handle. Just cutting around the house and the warehouse is far enough for me. The only thing I don't like is the grimmy feeling from the cuttings blowing on you and I'm certain it will be an evening task once the hotter weather sets in on us. It was about 81 when I finished yesterday but not as sunny as usual and breezy. We definately need rain but the bad side to rain is growing grass. I think we'll be ready for the hay guy sooner then later especially if we get rain.
Patrick is in the warehouse I have no idea what he's doing. I've been doing laundry and picking up in the house, I guess It's time to check the washer and put the clothes in the dryer. I try to do a couple of loads a week then I don't have to do it all at one time. Pat says he only needs four or five things to wear because I have them washed before he can go any further into his clothes.
I guess all you ladies are getting ready to cook Easter dinner. Kathy, left Franny do the cooking and you sit back and enjoy the TV while he slaves over the grill or oven. I'm planning a roast beef with some fresh asparagus, potatoes, & carrots. Nothing fancy but what we all enjoy.
Well, I'll get to the laundry room and transfer from the washer to the dryer. Hugs & Kisses to EVERYONE.
