This has been a day - one of those days. Gym started out good, but Dad wasn't feeling very good when we left for the work-out. His COPD is taking its toll on him and he's having great difficulty breathing. He is using oxygen around the clock and we decided to give it 24 hours to see if there is a change, if none, I plan to call the doctor tomorrow and see what she suggests. I actually think he needs to be in the hospital but he doesn't want that at this time. His eye hasn't been an issue today I think it's because he's having such difficulty breathing. One day at a time that's all I can say. It is so heard seeing him having such difficulty breathing, I hope the oxygen helps and the night is uneventful.
Patrick is at the warehouse finishing a gift for his racquetball buddy that leaves Friday to return to his home in TN. Yep, you guessed it, a snow bird and he doesn't come back until November. Friday will be a going away event at the gym, we sure hate to see him leave.
I guess I'll get off of here so I can sit and talk to my Dad. We miss & love everyone.
Love,
Patty
