I can't remember a morning this chilly in a long time. We have already been to the gym and I mean it was cold when we went out this morning. We're home waiting for the housekeeper to arrive so the house can be cleaned for the upcoming week. Actually with just the three of us it's a piece of cake but it is nice to have someone do some "deep" cleaning every other week or so.
Dad is watching TV and talking politics. I swear I don't know what he is going to do when Bush leaves office. I wonder how long it will take him to get on the Obama wagon? I think he can tell us everything about everybody that is going to be a part of the White House. I don't know at his age how he has such a great memory - I only wish I had part of his memory. Everything else has been okay with him, he is cold like the rest of us but is doing fine.
Patrick had his normal racquetball day at the gym while my trainer worked my bottom off of me. Sammy had a rough day with racquetball but I think it's cold that has him down. Honestly, once you get accustomed to the nice warm Florida weather you don't want to experience cold weather. Thank goodness we only have a few days here and there of the cold. I think the news said it was 11 degrees in DC - wow what would I do in 11 degree weather? Yea your right, I'd stay at home inside under the blankets watching TV.
Well, I better close and get my gym clothes changed, I need to do some things around the house before Jennifer my cleaning lady gets here. I'll post later - keep your coats on and stay warm.
