Wow! I am happy to come across this site. I just came back from Jordan, a really nice country to visit. To me Jordan had the best food in the Middle East. Had a lentil soup to die for and the Hummus, esp. in Aqaba, is off the chart. So, I have been searching specifically for Jordanian recipes. Will definitely make your soup and hope to try to make Mansaf (got recipe from another site). Wish me luck on that one.
