Yep, I'm still a Redskin fan but I have been here since 1976 so I have to cheer for the Dolphins when they're not playing the Skins!
Hospice was here and made a drastic change to my Mom's medication. Things seem to be more comfortable for her, but I don't know how long she can sustain all the medicine they have her on. The doctor from Hospice will be here this week hopefully he'll be able to give me some additional information. The unknown is terrible, what you don't actually know will drive you insane. Like any where, Hospice is wonderful they certainly know how to make things seem easier then they actually are.
Dad was taken back to the hospital this afternoon by ambulance. He was short of breath, swollen feet and toes, and had pain in the center of his chest when he was breathing. They have admitted him and are doing some medical procedures to rule out a blood clot and to determine what is going on. I simply don't know what else could go wrong, one thing after another is a lot to handle.
Well, no Skinss to watch this week so I guess I'll try to enjoy a little of the Dolphins game. Keep my family in your prayers God only knows what is in the future.
Thanks to all of you.
Cheers, Patty
